Intellectual Property Rights

All content created by Blank Museum, including videos, graphics, and strategies, remains the property of Blank Museum. Upon full payment, the Client is granted a license to use this content for their brand promotion. Blank Museum retains all rights in its proprietary methods and materials used in the creation process.

Service Plans

Blank Museum offers various service plans tailored for content creation and advertising, each with specific features and monthly fees. Clients may pause or cancel their subscription at any time, but it is understood and agreed that there are absolutely no refunds under any circumstances.

Client Obligations

‍The Client agrees to provide necessary materials and information for Blank Museum to perform services efficiently. The Client also warrants that all materials provided do not infringe on any third party’s rights.

No Refund Policy

‍Given the nature of digital content and services, Blank Museum maintains a strict no-refund policy. Once payment is made, the Client is not entitled to a refund, regardless of usage or satisfaction.

Use of Services

The Client agrees to utilize Blank Museum's services exclusively for lawful purposes and in alignment with the agreed terms. Our services are designed to foster brand growth and should not be employed for any unauthorized or illegal activities.

Cancellation and Renewal

‍Clients may pause or cancel their service subscription at any time. However, it is important to note that pausing or canceling does not entitle the Client to any refund of fees already paid.

Limitations of Liability

Blank Museum will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from the use of its services. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Blank Museum against any claims or damages resulting from their use of the service.

Changes to Terms

Blank Museum reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of the service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Blank Museum is registered.
